Multi level marketing (MLM) is a form of direct selling.
Companies market goods and services through networks of
people who are called independent distributors. These
people either buy products for themselves from the company
and then resell them to consumers. They can also refer
people to the company and when someone buys, they get a
commission.

Another way that these independent distributors make money
is by building their own sales organizations by providing
their team with some great mlm training material and
receiving commissions or bonuses from the sales generated
by the independent distributors in their organization.

By helping their independent distributors build their own
teams and providing them with the right mlm training
material, they can have a large organization of independent
distributors bringing them lots of money and helping them
get to be financially free. Many MLM organizations are
structured that way.

There are more than 40 million independent distributors
around the world.

In the U.S. alone, sales in MLM are in the $30 billion
range. Worldwide is about $80 billion.

to be an independent distributor and more than 350,000
worldwide.

MLM is offered and run in more than 150 countries.

Now, why do many people get involved with MLM?

Here are some important facts that will give you a better
picture:

People get a chance to own their own business. It does not
require a large investment such as a franchise.

It is an ideal home based business.

It can give you great self esteem about life.

It give you the chance to get out of the rat race and be
your own boss in a matter of a few short months or years.

Building a successful business needs to be combined with an
excellent upline support, motivation, great vision,
persistence, and a great training material.
